Welcome to the Quilts of Valour Tour of Remembrance registration form. To ensure a smooth and accurate registration process, please have the following information ready for each traveler:
**Important Note for Roommates**
If you are sharing a room, it is essential that you and your travel companion(s) register at the same time using this form, not on separate forms. This form will allow you to register more than one person at the same time.
This ensures:
Due to limited accommodations in some of the smaller towns and villages we visit, guests on different coaches, may occasionally be placed in different hotels. Registering together helps us keep you paired throughout the journey. If looking to share a room, please review our FAQ’s on the webpage for our policy on those looking to be paired up to share a room, to avoid a single supplement.

Globus Terms & Conditions
By submitting your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Your seat(s) on the coach is only secured and confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of \$300 per person is paid for each tour selected (including the optional extension, if chosen). This deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations after final payment are 100% non-refundable. If you are sharing a room, your travel companion must register at the same time to ensure proper room and coach assignment. Single rooms are limited to five per coach and are not guaranteed; requests beyond this limit will incur an additional fee above the single supplement rate. Travel Medical and Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is mandatory for participation, and failure to provide proof when requested may result in removal from the trip and associated penalties. Canadian and American passport holders must ensure their passports are valid for at least six months beyond travel dates and contain two blank pages, while all other nationalities must verify entry requirements to Europe and secure any necessary visas. Globus will make every effort to accommodate food-related dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee all requests will be met. Tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, cobblestones, and stairs, and guests must be comfortable on their feet for extended periods. Hotels listed are indicative only and may be substituted with similar standard properties; in smaller towns, guests may be placed together in different hotels due to availability.
PLEASE CONFIRM the following. * I understand that any and all requests will be noted and are not guaranteed and are the discretion of each individual hotel and based on availability. We strongly advise that you review your accomodation requests at the time of check in prior to heading to your room. We also strongly advise that you review your dietary requests during all meal times with the waiter/waitress prior to ordering/recieveing your food.

Beginning in late 2026, Canadian travellers visiting Europe’s Schengen Area will need to apply for an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) before departure. ETIAS is not a visa, but a mandatory pre-travel authorisation for short stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. It applies to nationals of 59 visa-exempt countries, including Canada, and will be required to enter 30 European countries. This system is similar to entry requirements already in place for visa-free travellers to destinations like the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The application process is expected to be simple and can be completed online. For more details and updates, visit travel-europe.europa.eu/etias. You agree that should this be put into place, in order to gain entry into Europe, you will obtain the ETIAS. The ETIAS cost is not included in the tour price. The cost is expected to be approx. $10 CAD dollars per person (as of August 2025).
I acknowledge and agree to submit my flight details based on the following: If you’re booking your own flights to Europe and would like to take advantage of the included airport transfers on the core tour dates, you’ll need to provide your flight details when requested. The key dates are arriving in Amsterdam on September 5, 2027, arriving or departing Paris on September 14, 2027, and departing Paris on September 19, 2027. Gravitate Travel will send out a separate form in April 2027 to collect this information. Please wait until then to submit your flight details — the deadline for submission is 05MAY, 2027. Do not submit anyhting prior until Gravitate Travel reaches out closer to this date.

Guest Acknowledgment of Physical Requirements and Accessibility Limitations
As part of this tour experience, guests will participate in walking tours through historic areas that may include uneven cobblestones, stairs, and other terrain that can be challenging for those with mobility limitations. While the itinerary is thoughtfully designed to balance active sightseeing with opportunities to relax and enjoy meals or unique sites, guests should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods. Due to the nature of the locations visited, the use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids is strongly discouraged, as many areas may not be safely accessible with such equipment. We regret that we are unable to modify the itinerary to accommodate these devices. By checking the box below, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the physical requirements of this tour, and confirm that you are able to participate without the use of mobility aids.
