By submitting your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Your seat(s) on the cruise and tour, as well as the air are only secured and confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of $550 ($500 for Cruise/Tour + $50 for Flights) per person. This deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations after final payment are 100% non-refundable.

Single occupancy rooms are limited and will incur an additional fee for the single supplement rate. Travel Medical and Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is mandatory for participation, and failure to provide proof when requested may result in removal from the trip and associated penalties. Canadian and American passport holders must ensure their passports are valid for at least six months beyond travel dates and contain two blank pages, while all other nationalities must verify entry requirements to Europe and secure any necessary visas. 5Continents, Crois-Europe and AirTransat will make every effort to accommodate food-related dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee all requests will be met. Tours may involve walking on uneven terrain, cobblestones, and stairs, and guests must be comfortable on their feet for extended periods. Hotels listed are indicative only and may be substituted with similar standard properties; in smaller towns, guests may be placed together in different hotels due to availability.

- 19 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

Guest Acknowledgment of Physical Requirements and Accessibility Limitations

As part of this tour experience, guests will participate in walking tours through historic areas that may include uneven cobblestones, stairs, and other terrain that can be challenging for those with mobility limitations. While the itinerary is thoughtfully designed to balance active sightseeing with opportunities to relax and enjoy meals or unique sites, guests should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods.
Due to the nature of the locations visited, the use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids is strongly discouraged, as many areas may not be safely accessible with such equipment. We regret that we are unable to modify the itinerary to accommodate these devices.
